Webcam video not working on Inspiron 15R 5520 after Windows 10 update

My integrated I Dell webcam video is not working after updating to Windows 10. I understand the Dell is not supporting this laptop model. I would not have updated to Windows 10 if I had known this in advance.

Any suggestions for getting my webcam up and running again? I need it for Skype. i will be waiting for your prompt reply.

1. Right click windows logo and select Run. Type regedit into Run box, and then Ok. Stroll down to     HKEY_lOCAL_MACHINE and the expand it.

2. Expand Software, WOW6432NODE, Microsoft, Windows Media Foundations and then click Platform.

3. At the right hand side of page and under Defaults, right click, click New, DWORD (32 -bit) Value

4. Name the Value - EnableFlameServiceMode. Restart computer
