What are "MUP" driver installs?

It seems that many of the newer driver downloads are in "MUP" format, which is only a setup.exe and no driver folder.  Example is the current Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module - 6.3.0.7900, A05(MUP).  This makes it impossible to use for OS deployment.  I need drivers, not executables!

Thanks,
Russell
