Which speakers for the Dell XPS??

Hey guys!

Sorry for the realy noob question here... but can any of the speakers/subs from the Dell website work with a XPS M1530 even though it only says it'll work with the Vostro series and/or a desktop??

Here's the one's I'm thinking about:

(1) http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Video_Conferencing/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=313-6427     Which should be the same as:   http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Video_Conferencing/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=313-5733

OR

(2)  http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Gaming_Accessories/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=A0777582

Any other recommendation's would be great (not too expensive please).

Thanks for the help guys.

You don't actually need to buy speakers from Dell, any set of PC speakers will do.

Logitech has some pretty nice sets of PC speakers, you might want to have a look on Newegg?

Ah thanks for the tip, but I forgot to mention that I have a little bit left of a Dell gift card.  No point in wasting 25 bucks :)

I can't see any difference between them really... certainly nothing which would make either a better buy than the other, so just take your pick.

But they offer any number of speaker sets which are undoubtedly better than those, i.e. Creative and Logitech 2.0/5.1 sets.
It depends on the value of your gift voucher of course, but I'm sure there must be a few alternative sets within your budget?
