Why is fan loud since Win 10 update?

Previously, at times, on start up the fan would be loud and after a restart it would return to a quiet state. Ever since the Win 10 update the fan always starts in a loud state.

I also had the fan running after shutdown issue but solved that through browsing previous discussions.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Than you.
