Why is my laptop screen black AFTER I log into main account?

I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 laptop. I literally just logging into my account an hour ago and it was working fine, but I updated my flash player, then on the bottom right side of my laptop in the Notification Icon Area; it was the flag saying to restart my laptop...so I did. I logged into my main account and it took awhile to do so, then there's just a black screen. After a few seconds it says, ReMar.exe not responding. What is that? I've never seen it before and how the heck do I fix it? I can still log into my guest account and that works fine, I mean it did take a few minutes for it to load the account, which is odd for my computer. Please, help me! UPDATE: I did get to work again, but can anyone tell me what is the ReMar.exe was? Was that a virus?
