Hi Bidhan1
Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Have you tried a system restore to rule out any third party applications/updates.
Also please update the wireless drivers from support.euro.dell.com, enter the tag#, submit, click on drivers and downloads and then chose your operating system- scroll down to network and install the wireless drivers.
if the issue is still the same, test the machine in safemode with networking.
If it works fine in safemode, issue is with windows. If still the same then its a hardware issue.
Regards

Hi nice to hear from you. The issue could be the wireless card or the antennas as well, please consider replacing both. If the system is under warranty we can get it serviced .
If not, you can take the system to any local Dell authorized repair store and get it repaired.
