Wifi driver for Windows 7 x32 & x64 Latitude e6230
Hi all...
I have reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64 onto my Laptop. For some reason, and it's probably my own stupidity, but I am unable to find the wifi drivers. I have looked on the Drivers Download page but can't see anything that is relevant. The machine originally came with Win 7 and Wireless.
I have the ethernet drivers installed, the bluetooth drivers but no wifi and Device Manager still shows a Network Controller need to be installed which I assume is the wifi.
I just can't seem to find them. Please help, point me in the right direction etc. before it drives me totally crazy. :-)
Best regards
S.

Finally found that the Wifi in this laptop is an:-
Intel Centrino Advanced N6205
Drivers for this can be found at the Intel Download centre:-
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Wireless+Networking&ProductLine=Intel%c2%ae+Wi-Fi+Products&ProductProduct=Intel%c2%ae+Centrino%c2%ae+Advanced-N+6205

Hi Skydyno,
I would like to know the ‘Hardware ID’ of the unknown device so that I could suggest you correct driver for the wireless card. Please follow the steps mentioned below to find the ‘Hardware ID’ in device manager.
