Window activation

I have purchase dell inspison 5558 with window 8.1. Initially it was showing window is activated. But now it is showing window is not activated.

I checked on web and found many dell users are facing same problem.

Which must not be. Dell team must take quick action to work on it.

But as of now suggest me where should I contact??????

I am feeling like dumb that why I went for "DELL".
