Windows 10 - XPS 13 - No Audio through headphones

My headphones have suddenly stop working.

I've tried updating. 

Tried the troubleshooting thing.

I've tried one suggestion to leave the headphones plugged and restart/sleep

I've tried uninstalling driver, but realtek always shows up after reboot. Tried it 4 times

I use to get a prompt to select what I plugged in, now nothing. Not sure if I trigger it through other means.

I've had the no-prompt issue with windows 8.1 but a reboot fixed. 

Please help.
