XPS 12 (9Q33) does not boot (8 beeps)

Hello.

I have recently purchased XPS 12 from Microcenter and was enjoy using the laptop for the past 3 weeks. I tried turning it on today but I get black screen and 8 beeps. The last time I used it was about 5 days ago and  I did shut it down in Windows and disconnected the power cord.

At first I thought it was discharged so I left it to charge for the past 2 hours. If I press the Battery Check button, I still get no led lights.

I tried googled for 8 beep error and it says that it maybe related with LCD panel so I tried "D+Power Button" and I do get solid color switching action going on. This means that it's not an issue with LCD panel right?

My guts are telling me that this is an issue with battery over-discharged but the error code is telling me LCD. I mean I shouldn't even have to go though this problem for not using my laptop for a week and I don't know what to do next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
