XPS 12 9q23 Touchscreen not work-Intel Serial IO/Intel I2C BUS driver needed

I believe I have discovered the cause of the touchscreens not working on the XPS 12 9Q23. It seems that in the process of updating drivers, the Intel Serial IO driver gets removed, causing the touchscreen to not be recognized by the computer. Symptoms to suggest this include the non-working touchscreen that worked before the updates, as well as Windows not recognizing pen or touch input on the computer. Going under the Human Interface Devices shows a lack of a driver, and only generic drivers for this. There is a solution for the 9Q33, which involves reinstalling that driver. If someone could provide said driver for the 9Q23, that would be awesome. And it would likely fix issues for others as well.
