XPS 12 Won't Start Up!
Hey Guys,
I was using my new Dell XPS 12 at home when it indicated that it was on low battery. I went to put it on charge and then suddenly it turned off. I thought it was out of battery so I left it on charge for about an hour. I then came back to it ands tried turning it on but nothing came up. I have hard reseted but it still won't come back on,
Please help

Try unplugging your CMOS battery for a few seconds and then plug it back in. You can view the repair manual here: ftp.dell.com/.../xps-12-9q33_Owner%27s%20Manual_en-us.pdf . You will need a Torx T5 screwdriver to remove the base cover.
