XPS 13 9343 Screen Resolution and Remote Desktop Connection
When connecting from my work desktop to the XPS 13 using remote desktop connection (RDC), the XPS 13 cannot come close to filling the screen with my desktop's screen.
In order to rectify this I have changed all of the RDC Connection Display setting and moved the slider all of the way from small to large and in between. When the setting is on large, my desktop's screen is filled but with 4 tiles and only the top left tile is the remote desktop.
Secondly, I tried the settings from a website called SmartBear called "Smart Sizing of Remote Desktop Windows." This fix also does not match the screen sizes, but rather fills my laptop screen with 4 tiles, 3 of which are empty and only the top left tile displays my desktop.
The remote desktop screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. My laptop's screen resolution is 3200 x 1800.
What is the fix for this and how can I simply connect my laptop to the desktop and have my desktop appear on the laptop screen in a usable size?

Unfortunately, not sure we can help you with this issue. Have you tried the Microsoft support forums? I did a few different google searches to see if I could find some sort of answer for you, but since it's not something we support I'm not sure any of the results I found would be helpful to you.
