XPS 13 9350 Fails to boot into Windows 10 after Dell BIOS update
Hi,
I have a new XPS 13 (Service tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> ePSA Build 4304.07) that I have only had since the 16th of this month.
All has been fine until a couple of hours ago. A Dell message popped on the lower right hand corner to of the screen to tell me there was a Dell bios update. I selected to install the bios update and now the laptop will not boot.
I get the Dell logo and then a plain blue screen.
Any ideas how to recover the system?

Hi Richard,
Thank you for writing to us !
This will lead to a failure in the main system board.
We would request you to remove the service tag from public forum and private message we so that we can have this issue sorted out at the earliest .
