Apologies that your computer is not working as expected.
Have you tried any troubleshooting to see if there is a hardware problem? You can run diagnostics by pressing F12 at startup or by running Dell Support Assist. Please make a note of any error messages you encounter and post back. Another idea would be to uninstall the device and the wifi card, then reinstall it.
