XPS 13 Touch 9360 - How can I enable Wake Timers?

I need to have my Dell XPS 9360 on at a specific time so that my server can back it up.  I have set a wake up timer the same way I have on several other computers and it will not work.  Wake Timers cannot be enabled in "Power Options>>Change advanced power settings>>Sleep>>Allow wake timers" because the "Allow wake timers" option does not exist!

I am running the Windows 10 anniversary edition as it came from the factory.

Is there any way to get this computer to wake up, other than using the BIOS to wake it up?

Thanks!

Ok I got it fixed.  You need to edit the registry.  Fear not, they provide the  reg file to make the fix automatic.  The solution & .reg file are documented here:

www.eightforums.com/.../50074-power-options-add-remove-allow-wake-timers.html

Works as advertised.  Problem solved.

More than Allow Wake timers is missing ... there is no "Sleep" tab al!  Can it be enabled?
