XPS 15 9530 - Screen banding/flickering

Hi there, I'm having the exact same issue as many other people here regarding horizontal screen banding/flickering in multiple places with bands roughly 1cm wide vertically. I've attempted the screen test (inconclusive), Safe Mode (flickering still present), and updating all drivers via the Dell site.
The problem seems to be a hardware issue and I would like to know what I need to do to obtain warranty repair.

Plug in an external monitor -- if it shows OK, then the screen needs to be replaced. If the system is under warranty, you can find the phone number to call using the Contact link at the bottom of this screen.
