I don't know if there is anything anyone here can do to help me, I just needed to vent on this labtop.
This should be a high quality labtop, within the first year, my touch screen and battery went bad. Within six more months, my hard drive, the replacement battery and my hdmi port went out.
Dell should be ashamed of themselves for not providing a better labtop for so expensive of a price tag. Very very very disappointing. I encourage everyone to shop somewhere else.
Even the replacement battery, which since it went bad in seven months (new battery warranties are a year) I thought it would be covered.... nope.
Hi,i think the habit of using the laptop is also important.Usually there wont be more worse situation than this,if it is really the issue of the part you should contact with dell for warranty.
