Broadcom don't have a generic driver download and the Anatel website is in Portuguese so I can't read the links.

A Google search of the hardware IDs says the part is in an Acer Aspire V3-571G so you may try their Broadcom Wireless Lan Driver:

http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers/4077;-;Aspire%20V3-571G

You may have to install via the device manager.

What is the Dell part number on that card?

This looks like a non-standard Dell Wireless card:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&SUBSYS_E04B105B&REV_00
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&SUBSYS_E04B105B
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&CC_0280

The Dell Wireless 1530 are:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&SUBSYS_00111028

http://ftp.dell.com/network/NIC_DRVR_WIN_A01_R294111.EXE

And 1540 are:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&SUBSYS_00141028

http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00337102M/1/Network_Driver_4FK7J_WN32_A00.EXE

However these are significantly newer than the XPS 1640. You can try the drivers above to see if they work.
