XPS M1330 Dead again
I purchased my XPS M1330 in July 2008. June 2009 it died - Dell replaced the motherboard (thanks Dell), now 6 months later it is DEAD AGAIN!
The power supply light comes on when I plug it into the main power supply and turn it on, but when I plug the power into to the Laptop socket, the power light on the power supply goes out. I cannot get any action out of the Laptop whatsoever.
The most frustrating thing is - I cannont find a way to communcate this problem to Dell - I am out of warranty - even though the Motherboard is less than 6 months old.
Anyone know how to communicate with Dell Support??
PS: I love this laptop, It just appears not to love me - and now I am wondering about it's manufacturer!!
