XPS M1730 9800GT code 43 error
I have a M1730 with 9800 GT in sli mode.
In windows one of them is reporting "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
The other is working fine, nvidia control panel only displays one card.
I have done a fresh install of windows and it has the same problem. Which leads me to think this is hardware related.
The dell diagnostics doesn't report any problems.
Any ideas?

Hello,
I have a simillar Issue :
I have a new XPS L701X with an nVidia 435 M ... windows7 home premium
this laptop has 2 graphic cards (nvidia geforce435 M and intel)
when I received this laptop, I happens randomly to see blue screen due to graphic card
after I installed the latest version of drivers from nvidia web page, the blue screen issue is solved, (because windows will not use this card anymore - in device manager the nvidia graphic card has an exclamation mark and error code 43)
therefore I can not use the nVidia graphic card,
also HDMI is can not be used
I tried all nvidia drivers for this 435M graphic card (for windows7)
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
