XPS Ultrabook SMART Short Self Test Failed

Kindly .I have bought my new XPS 12 Ultra book 2 days ago .When i receive it i had to check for diagnoses via Dell check up software that was already in the labtop.After completing the checking i found this error code Failed (Error code: WHD16-UBY) when it was on SMART Short Self Test & give me this Message "The device reported an invalid percent complete value in the test status field of the SMART READ DATA command response data: 000000FAh" ....They advice me to replace the SSD .Also note that i changed it with one else but got the same problem.  Please i appreciate it if you could provide me with some help .
