My XPS13 L322x cypress touchpad has completely failed.
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling both the software and driver to no avail.
I have replaced the entire touchpad but this did not fix the issue.
Any further suggestions?

Thanks for writing to us.
If the touchpad is not working inspite of replacing the hardware and updating the drivers the only other component to be suspected is motherboard.
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name
in blue and then select send a private message.
Let us know if you wish to know the part# for the motherboard.
