Hi, m new here and my english is bad, sorry for that

I need your help about my dell insipron 3521, service tag:

my hard disk is protected by a bios pass, and i didnt find a way to solve this

You need to call Dell to have the password removed from the system setup -- you'll need to verify your ownership of the system before assistance is rendered.

This will not remove the password from the drive, however.  Once you have the setup part of  the password cleared, the cheapest next step is to replace the hard drive with a new one.

If you do need the data on the drive, you'll need to send it off to a recovery specialist to have the password cleared from the drive.  This will cost about $150 -- or about 2-3 times what simply replacing the drive would cost.
