cannot connect to wifi

Hello all,

i just bought an Inspiron 17 7000 and for some reason i cannot connect to my wifi. I am not sure what the problem is...it is certainly not my connection since it is working perfectly fine on my other devices (laptop, phone and tablet). I can't even troubleshoot, it wont help me automatically. I have manually set it up successfully but still won't connect. Getting desperate.

Has anyone experience this problem before, please help. This is the first time i use dell and it is turning into a nightmare, i hate this new laptop already. Never had such problem with other brand.
