i have a dell inspirion 5521 i7,16gb ram,hdd  1tb, video card INTEL HD GRAPHICS family 2.06gb .Can i change the video card with something else ?something much better?and what   kind of video card do you recommend so i can play games .

You will not be able to upgrade the video card on Dell Inspiron 5521 as it is embedded on the motherboard.

thanks Ravi.so the only thing i can do to make my dell laptop better  is to upgrade from 8gb of ram to 16 gb of ram.what can i buy or what should i change  to make my laptop better for games?please tell me.should i change my hdd to a ssd?what changes can i make to my Dell laptop to make it better for games?

The system uses DDR3-L memory -- however, with the Intel GPU, there's really nothing you can do to make it game-capable, short of selling it and buying a model with a hybrid or discrete video system.
