dell inspiron N5030 battery indicator flashing

I bought this laptop one month ago. The battery indicator starts to flash without any reason. Flashing: Three/Four orange and one white

I checked BIOS. It says battery is NORMAL.

I updated BIOS. Still the same.

I discharged a while, still the same.

The battery is working when AC is unplugged.

I talked with Dell tech support. This guy told me it is normal and there is no way to stop the blinking.

But I searched around, no one says it is normal.
