my keyboard will not work on laptop,the welcome screen is up but I cant type password???
Can you connect a USB keyboard to see if that works? If it does, it suggests a fault with the laptop keyboard which may be resolved by removing, then re-connecting it. Instructions can be found on page 19, here:
