dell xps 12 ghosting screen burn effect after warranty is over in 2014.
can someone here help on this issue? I have 2 xps 12 with this issue currently. It seems like contacting Dell Chat agents only gives me the round around, agent after agent.
does dell still replace these faulty screen for free even out of warranty?
are the replacements burn free? or is it just as before?

Can you send me a PM with the Service Tags of the 2 affected XPS12's and I'll check them for you.
If possible can you send me pics of the screen burn on both systems as well

We are also curious here, we have on XPS12 affected by the same issues. Trying to call support (out of warranty) resulted in a very rude agent essentially telling me how that it's ridiculous to even consider asking for free service. The call left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Hi Colin i'm experiencing the exact same issue with my XPS 12 which is out of warranty.
