display black on XPS13-9343
I can see a light on the power button when I press it, and once when it was powered off I got the splash screen that said Dell. Also I heard mail arriving, but the screen is black. Twice I got the display back and thought it was okay, but I guess not. I can't even power it off because I can't see the screen to shut it down.

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Please try on an external monitor and let us know how it goes.
Also you can run test on LCD. Shut down the system by holding the power button for 10 sec.
Then hold the letter D and power up the machine, after 5 seconds let go the letter D, wait for about 10 mins and let us know if you come across flashes of different colors.
