You can also click on the link mentioned below which will direct you to Dell Support website where you can download the latest drivers.

Type in the Service tag of your computer and Click on Drivers and Downloads, Select the Operating System and Download the drivers by clicking
on the following options:

1. Click on option Network and install the Wireless driver.

2. Click on Video and install the latest AMD Radeon Driver for your computer.

3. Restart the computer and check if drivers installed are working fine.
