e7240 updated to windows 10 with clicking in speakers (both internal and external)

HI new to forums.

I have a issue with a user.  She has clicking in her speakers now that she has been updated to windows 10.  She used to have 7.

I have done the following steps :

updated bios to current bios

updated drivers for audio (both normal update and clean update (removed then rebooted then loaded)

Updated intel chipsets (Intel is the audio type on this one)

Updated dock chipset

increased cpu power in power management (100%)

removed all wires around pc save network\power\audio

At a lost now.  Any ideas short of getting rid of device or rolling back to win 7 would be much appreciated.   Thanks for your time.

Hi Greylensman66,

Thanks for posting.

Did you try the Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 drivers?  Sometimes those will work when the Windows 10 drivers won't.

It's not that they are not working (Audio is OK) it's a clicking that is also heard every second or two.  Trying to get a solution to get rid of it.
