electric shock from dell charger
I am getting electric shock from dell inspiron n4050 charger. when i connect it to laptop, i am getting shock from its metal parts. its difficult for m to connect even a pendrive now. i tried connecting on a different outlet. i even tried going to my friends home. still the problem is there. my charger even has a ground pin.

yes, they sent me a new charger and it also have the same problem

Sorry for the delayed response. Please reply to us if your query is still not been addressed. I would suggest you to not to touch the system. Please private message me the system service tag number (click my DELL-username in blue) so that I can pull your system to Dell repair center and check for the issue.
