factory reset
I have a dell Inspiron 1545 laptop and I need to set it back to factory settings, does anybody know how to do this. I cannot seem to be able to e mail dell to ask them

If the F8 key doesn't bring up a recovery menu, the only option is a manual install of Windows - you will need a Windows disc or a recovery drive (if you don't have those and are the original purchaser of the system, you can purchase those from Dell).
