graphic card related
Out of curiosity, by any chance Can I be able to upgrade my dedicated graphic card of my notebook latitude 3470? it came with i7 6th gen, 8GB RAM, and GT 920M which is dedicated.. I want to upgrade my GPU to GTX 960? Please Help...
I know it is not a wise choice but lack of funds forcing me. Thank you :)

Not to that level, no. There is a version of that system that was sold with an nVidia GT920m CPU, but as with all systems like this, it doesn't have a separate video card - the GPU is a permanent part of the mainboard, so the entire board including CPU has to be replaced.
Also bear in mind that you will need to change the heatsink assembly (the one for the Intel GPU won't fit the nVidia board and vice-versa) and may need a new power adapter (65W will power the Intel GPU but you'll want 90 or 130W for the nVIdia) -- so add another $30 for the heatsink and $40 for the adapter to the $200 or so the board will cost for a total just in parts of about $260-275.

No, you can't use an external GPU -- nowhere to connect one; no, you can't buy "new" boards - they'll all be used or refurbished.
