gt525 m on (K)Ubuntu Maverick

Dear Dell and Dell community,

I have bought an N5110 (i5 processor + GT525 m variant). Now I'm stuck with the Optimus problem. When using the inbuilt Intel graphics card everything works fine. When using the nvidia card X does not start. As I've read on the nvnews website Nvidia wont support Optimus on linux systems, however it states that u can use your NVidia card if you have an option to disable the inbuilt graphics card in the BIOS. I don't see such a feature in my Laptop.

Do you now if Dell will support turning off your graphics in the BIOS in the future or do I have to stick to using Intel, maybe change my dell 5110 to the ATI version?

Thx in advance
