hard drive problem
my laptop always crashes and this blue screen comes up. It then restarts by itself!
what can i do?:emotion-6:
ps it is not letting me attach an image of what comes up :////

Press F12 at powerup (or hold the D key) to get into the diagnostics. Run an extended hard drive test.
If you need further assistance, please post the error that shows up, along with the model name and number.
