I got a Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 in 2013. It is not working properly. I tried to run the online diagnostis test but my Service Tag isn't recognized. Even the Express Service Code isn't recognized. I tried to contact through the Chat but it's getting closed. All other options for chat or e-mail are all dependent of my Service Tag. Can you please help me to figure out why it isn't working and what the system specifications are according to your system?
This is the message I receive
We are unable to recognize the service tag detected through our scan. Please rerun the scan or contact the technical support for further assistance.

You can use the diagnostic tool on your computer by following the steps below. By the way, what version of windows is on your system ? Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7 ?
A) Power off computer
B) Power on computer, quickly tap the F12 key continuously. You should be in the Diagnostic screen. Report back any error codes.
