i have two problems

hi i have n7110 laptop.

1) for some reason, my webcam doesnt work like it doesnt connected.

2)after trying fixing it i uninstalled the webcam centeral i tried to download it in "my dell downloads" and when i try to register my system nothing happen and i cant download drivers for my webcam.
