incompetent customer service

2 months after i ordered an alienware,still no computer.they promise may 25 as ready to ship,but i have been lied to so many times i dont believe them.even if i ever get it,i am beyond upset.like others,this is the worst experience i have ever had.i am just a little guy against these corporate guys,but as a consumer,i will never buy another dell product,i will tell everybody that will listen to not buy a dell,any advice that i give on computer issues will always begin with dont buy a dell. stupid of a company,because i can cost them tens of thousands of dollars in sales simply by telling my story of horrible customer service.
