i cant access my laptop, inspiron 1440. asking for bios password >.< can u give me the password? my warranty still have 66 days. please help me >.<

You need to call Dell with verification of ownership. If the system is in warranty, there is no charge - if it's out of warranty, there will be a charge for the support call.
