itunes installation issue

I've been going nuts trying to install itunes 8 and i keep getting this message when i'm almost done:

error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\SyncServices\Clients\com.apple.Outlook\Contents\Resources\ru.lproj\Localizable.strings.  Verify that you have access to that directory.  If any one knows anything, please HELP!
