Hi kitty100,
Please reinstall the touchpad driver on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, Then download the Touchpad driver from ‘Mouse, Keyboard & Input Devices’ section onto the system and install it.
Also, I would advise you to download and install the ‘TouchFreeze’ software from the link below and check for issue resolution.
Please let me know if this helps.

where do I get my service tag #?
1. Service Tag will be on a sticker or panel on the bottom of the laptop.
2. You can boot to the BIOS Setup (F2) and get the Service Tag there.
3. From within Windows, you can open a Command Prompt (go to Start, type cmd in the search box), and type wmic bios get serialnumber.
Touchfreeze installed optimizer pro and it says there are 9856 items to be cleaned. Is it safe to click on fix now?
Hi kitty100,
I would suggest you to uninstall the Optimizer Pro from the system.

HELP!!! AGAIN (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) Two days ago, my Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 7 cursor started jumping all over in any program for typing text, especially Office programs and online forms :X It's making me want to break something. This happened a little over a year ago and I installed Touchfreeze, which helped... Touchfreeze is still working and this time it seems far more random and worse than the jumping that I had happen before. Anyone else having issue??? Better yet... is there a FIX???
