lap top keypad not working after windows boot
I am having inspiron 15 3565 laptop its keypad not working after win10 booting
but during power on and bios setup keypad is working
how to solve the issue ??

Have you tried connecting an external keyboard to check if that works?
Try using the on-screen keyboard & check if that responds.
Disable the startup items – Right click on the time on your desktop screen – click on task manager – click on startup tab – disable all options & reboot the computer to check if the issue persists.
For my reference, please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
