laptop battery
just bought a new laptop inspiron 15 3537 & using it as replacement to my desktop, so it is plugged into wall socket all day with power on. so i wanted to know is there any issue if i use my laptop plugged in to wall socket or shall i remove power cord once it is fully charged.

Running on AC all the time will reduce the lifespan of the battery. If you're on AC most of all of the time, you can either remove the battery or be sure to use the system on battery once a week or more to cycle it.
