laptop fan making noise and speed is slow as per the specifications
Hi,
I just got a dell-15R inspiron 5520-3210 before 3 days.
But the laptop fan making noise and speed is slow as per the specifications.
Even it takes lots of time to start the laptop.
Please suggest what to do. Also i have another 5 days to replace or
exchange laptop.
Can u advise which laptop i should go for higher speed.
I am not kind of PC game lover for good graphics.

Please try updating the BIOS using the link below.

Please connect the Ac Adapter while updating the BIOS. Do not interrupt during this process until the system restarts completely
After updating the BIOS if still the problem persists, please run the PSA hardware diagnostics to check if the hardware is working as designed. Follow the steps below.
Turn the computer off >restart the computer
At the Dell logo screen, start tapping the F12 key a few times until you see the ‘One Time Boot Menu’ appear.
At the one time boot menu, press the down arrow key to highlight ‘Diagnostic’, and then press Enter to begin the PSA diagnostics.
If the test fails, please make a note of any error codes listed. You can also refer to the link below.
