laptop turnoff issue ! unable to turn off .
When i shut down normally the screen goes black but the lights are still on
i tried disabling the turn on fast satartup but it still doesnt shut down
dell inspiron i5
When i press shut down, the laptop will shut down as usual but at the end the processor and the lid is still on.. i need to turn it off by long press power button ,
i tired to upgrade all bios drivers
When i put my laptop into sleep mode, no matter i press what button, it still wont awake..
May i know any solution to resolve this?

Please list exactly your Dell model number and version of windows. Ex: Dell Inspiron 3543, window 10
In the meantime, you check your power option settings? Also, you updated the system's drivers from your Dell Product Support page? If yes, you updated in correct (Installation) order?

i have done everything , i have searched many solutions and applied all but unfortunately non of them worked for me ,later i gave my laptop to service center and it had IC issue ,
