low sound on Latitude 10 tablet - missing loudness equalization option

I have a Latitude 10 tablet with Windows 8.1 Pro on it  the sound is very low at full volume.  On my laptop,,I just went into levels and clicked on loudness equalization and it fixed the issue, but my tablet has no options under the levels tab except for a volume slider that is all the way up.

That is normal. If you have loudness eq it would be on the enhancements tab.

Mmm.   Do you know if you have a Realtek audio driver or the native Windows driver? On the Playback tab it will either have Realtek High Definition Audio or High Definition Audio Device (the native driver). Whichever one you have try the other kind and see if you get different results. I don't see the Realtek driver for the Latitude 10 on the Dell site but Realtek has drivers on its site.

Just got to look at this tablet (I leave it at work) and see that there is no Enhancment tab.
