m1004 code Overheating message on dell inspiron 3558 on cold boot

Its a week old laptop..during cold boot of laptop im getting overheating message first time..My temperature are normal..im using cooling pads so there is no questioning of blocking vents..

At idle CPU-38-40 degree celsius, HDD- 33 Degree celsius

At moderage usage CPU-40-50, HDD-33-38

AT FULL LOAD CPU-50-65 ,HDD-33-39 Degree celsius

i run diagonostics test (epsa test) in bios ,the result is passed

also run Dell support assist ,result passed

dont know why this error came on cold boot..Im confused..should i contact dell regardingthis.. its 7 days old laptop..TIA

It sounds like a sensor might be not working correctly.  I would call Dell Technical Support to get it fixed.
