m4600 right arrow key not working on backlit keyboard
so this precision was originally a non baclit keyboard and recently replaced it with a backlit and the right arrow key does not work. I have checked every ribbon on this keyboard and everything is snug. I am running windows 8.1. Am I missing something here. Is it a hardware or software issue i need to look into? There is not much information running google searches so I hope i can find some direction or solution here.

In this case when all the other keys are working fine then its confirmed that the software on the system is working fine,connectors are intact.If the external keyboard works fine then a replacement keyboard should fix the issue.
